[3.0.0] 版本更新

- [F] 修复玩家给自己发送传送请求的问题。
- [A] 添加 插件更新 提示,允许自定义开关。
- [A] 添加 插件统计,允许自定义开关。
- [A] 实现 #6 提到的多数据源支持,目前支持 YAML、JSON与MySQL,并提供CUSTOM数据源允许开发者重写。
- [A] 对于家的名字长度做出限制,为 30 个字符。
- [U] 对于判断用户最多设置家数量的权限,不再添加“MoeTeleport”开头。
