Daniel Waggner	25bfc9160e	Changed CS Tip Displays - Reworked the tips system. The Defender tips and the Undead tips are now seperate string arrays and are posted in blue and red respectively. If I can do it in a few hours, Mineplex's development team should be able to do it even quicker. If they can't, they shouldn't be employed.
